With Open Formulieren, residents can easily fill out forms. Fields are filled in automatically based on linked data sources, such as the Basic Registration of Persons (BRP) or the Trade Register. This saves time and minimizes the chance of errors. In addition, the system offers various login options, including DigiD, eHerkenning and eIDAS.

Flexible and self-manageable

Delta10 hosts Open Formulieren on servers in the Netherlands. Municipalities have access to our Delta10 Portal, which gives them real-time visibility into the performance of their forms environment. Our cloud environment is set up high availability and distributed across three data centers, so even the failure of an entire data center is not noticeable to the end user. With this, we achieve very high availability rates.
